I took this picture in Costa Rica and you
might think that the Clay colored Thrush
as being just an ordinary bird compared
to the many colored verieties of birds that
Costa Rica has to choose from - but in
1977, the Costa Ricans chose the Thrush
as their national bird due to its strong and
melodious song that always comes during
the start of the rainy season.
