There are only a few types of tanager north of the Mexican border.
They like the warmer and tropical climates. But in May and early
Fall you will find your share migrating into places like Sonora Des-
ert of Arizona where I shot this one. They do like the tree tops but
if you have a good water source they might come down for a visit.
